2. Who is this program for?
This program is for working adults who have a busy schedule and feel like their current body shape makes them feel less confident about themselves and not being to find that energy they used to have.
3. Do I need equipment for this exercise program?
Nope! This program doesn't require any equipment. I would strongly recommend getting a few pieces of equipment that will help with your progress (Details will be in your program when you sign up!)
4. I have a Gym Membership and I want to use the equipment. Does your program involve Gym Equipment then?
Great! It is better to have a Gym Membership since the environment is more suited for working out. The program has both bodyweight and gym workouts so that you can take advantage of both situations!
5. I have NO experience in doing exercises at all. Can I still sign up for this program?
Of course! This program benefits beginners as well! We can always do a Video Chat to help guide on your progress.
6. What can I expect at the end of this program?
- You will lose a few kilograms of body fat/weight

7.Why does the program lasts for 12 weeks and not more?
- 12 weeks is long enough for you to clock enough exercises to see the transformation of your body, as long as you put your work into it!
- If we were to increase the length of the program, you might take too much time to take action! So having some 'restriction' in time helps us be accountable to take action. Also, our aim is to use our time efficiently!
8. What is the Empower FITT Mobile App?
It's a tool where I deliver your Exercise Program and Videos for you to view with ease so that you can bring your exercise program anywhere you go! The gym, the park or whenever you travel overseas.
9. Must I download the Empower FITT Mobile App?
You don't have to, although I would strongly encourage you to do so! If you choose to not download the app, we have the Empower FITT's Login Portal on our website. You still have access to your Exercise Programs and Videos as well.
10. What do I do if I am unsure of the exercises that are given to me?
- There are workout videos and instructions for you to follow if you are unsure of how to execute the exercise.
- Otherwise, you can always reach out to me through the Mobile App Messenger or Mobile!
11. How do I get coaching support from you?

12. Can I get a full refund after purchasing this program?
